With the world reaching its critical stages, scientists started implementing desperate measures as they fear overpopulation.

Their goal was to erradicate 3/4 of the human population by transforming humans into "zombies" with an inoffensive virus that slowly infected humans so that they are inhibited from sleeping as long as they are under the influence of the virus. If an infected falls asleep, he will permanently stay on that state.

To start spreading this virus, they focused on infecting humans who have lost their sanity, keeping them in a sealed chamber and stimulating them with it. To their amazement, some of them lasted long by praticing self-cannibalism and develop unprecedented resistance to drugs and sedatives.

AKI is a human who was diagnosed of schizophrenia and hallucinations, mainly induced by his past drug habits. AKI's past is very dark, he and the voices inside his head never lost hope to find his lost brother who was killed by their violent mother.

This is the story of AKI, the one that tries to escape an experiment. One night, a scientist opens AKI's cell door beating him and injecting an unknown fluid in his system that made him pass out.

He wakes up and doesn't remember a thing, but something's strange, he feels like a major change happened. He feels no pain, no hunger, nothing. Only the voices in his head didn't disappear and apparently he's now able to detach some parts of his body.
